Our normally delivery rate is base on our schedule where we time your delivery together with other customers in your location.
Delivery by truck is available for delivery on Monday-Saturday excluding public holiday. Delivery request or arrangement can be arranged by WhatsApp 011-5915 3388 or emailing us at hello@arturo.com.my after completing your online transaction.
In a typical scenario, you can expect delivery within 5 – 10 working days for KV, Zone A & B and 10 – 15 working days for Zone C, D & E depending on stock availability and status.
Self-assembly is required for most of our items unless stated otherwise. Assembly service is available with a minimal fee and varies according to item and purchase value. Do consult us for an official quote for our installation service.
Our delivery fee is base on per trip basis regardless of quantity of items. The more you buy the better the value and savings you get from us!
Delivery rate above excludes delivery to islands without linked bridge.
Do note that delivery time frame will be extended if you do not accept the first delivery truck schedule especially if your location is situated outside Klang Valley.
If you wish to pick your own delivery date/ or have any other special request, a separate delivery fee will apply. Kindly refer to our Special Delivery Fee column for reference.

Storage of Goods
We understand that at times you are not ready to receive the item upon ordering due to circumstances like renovation, etcetera.
We are ready to assist you by offering you up to 6 months storage (without any charges) as part of our value-added service to you, our customer.
Should your storage period exceeds 6 months period, we will then be charging you a storage fee base on the structure below

Note :
Whilst we do our best to ensure items are safely stored, we strongly advise against pro-long storage of merchandise as this increases risk of item being damaged due to movements and inherent condition of warehouses.
